The Events Committee of the Charlestown Preservation Society is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing of events that advance the organization’s mission, engage the community, and support fundraising and outreach goals. With expertise in event planning, logistics, communications, donor relations, and volunteer coordination, this committee ensures events are professionally managed and mission-aligned. The committee meets regularly throughout the year, with increased activity around major events such as the biennial House Tour and Gala. The committee also works to organize community programs, educational events, and fundraising and donor events. It works closely with the Communications, Community Spaces & Places, and Finance Committees.
